Once you have entered your product item in the stock items management page you can then use the “Receiving” page to add new stocks coming for a certain product. It will automatically add up the available quantity in the inventory reports. It can cater multiple products in just one submission.
Automating your purchases is great and hassle free. You can purchase products from your stock items and you can also use this to purchase other things/services/bills used in your store if you want to monitor your overall expenses. This will help to compare sales over expenses.
If there’s an issue with a certain sale you can investigate it via Sales / Order page and at the same time you can void it by deleting. Though deleting of order isn’t totally deleted because you can still see it by ticking “Show deleted?” in the filter section at least it will remove from the sales report and inventory.

You can also generate reports here for those stocks that are in low stock alert level already. It will help you to create an advance design of purchase order for those products in the list.
