If you are using mobile phone or tablet for your cashiering that requires printing of receipt, please use this POS app version of AiMS.

AiMS POS No Bluetooth Printer Connector

No need mobile receipt printing? Use this version of our app, it doesn’t have receipt printing feature.

The highlighted feature of our system is you can sync your multiple store branches sales.

Stock Item Management

The page where you can manage product:

  • details or information (like prices, control if on-sale, initial quantity and initial cost of goods)
  • assign to category
  • generate or enter barcode
  • control product status (whether to display on POS or not)
  • control alert quantity (if low stock, it will include on out of stock report)
  • control if you want to monitor the number of stocks remaining
  • control if you want to monitor the empty bottles (if you are selling LPG gas you can use this feature to monitor how many empty bottles you are about to refill)
  • manage product variation (e.g. you can use this feature if you want to monitor the sizes, colors, and classification of your product items)
  • do a Cross-Selling (example, once someone orders a juice, your RAW STOCK cup for juice will also be deducted) through Item Linking tab

Re-Stocking

Once you have entered your product item in the stock items management page you can then use the “Receiving” page to add new stocks coming for a certain product. It will automatically add up the available quantity in the inventory reports. It can cater multiple products in just one submission.

Purchasing

Automating your purchases is great and hassle free. You can purchase products from your stock items and you can also use this to purchase other things/services/bills used in your store if you want to monitor your overall expenses. This will help to compare sales over expenses.

Sales Order Controller

If there’s an issue with a certain sale you can investigate it via Sales / Order page and at the same time you can void it by deleting. Though deleting of order isn’t totally deleted because you can still see it by ticking “Show deleted?” in the filter section at least it will remove from the sales report and inventory.

Point of Sale (POS)

The actual cashier window where they do:

  • actual sales
  • use discounts/charges feature
  • use the save order feature (useful if someone in front forgot something and need to go back and get first the item, using this feature you can proceed to the next customer without deleting the current order)
  • transact multi payment methods (example if someone’s cash is not enough and they have card then you can use two methods: cash and card)
  • enter customer details
  • use customer points (if available)
  • log the cashdrawer money IN and OUT

Inventory Report

The feature where you can see the following in just one screen:

  • Received quantity
  • Quantity sold
  • Purchases quantity
  • Total available quantity
  • Quantity of empty bottles (if activated)
  • And others loss, damage, branch out (if premium version)

You can also generate reports here for those stocks that are in low stock alert level already. It will help you to create an advance design of purchase order for those products in the list.

Sales Report

Generate report based on your desired date and export it to CSV file that is viewable through excel.

It also shows the money on hand and others in the screen in reel time.

Also the payment methods used in a certain range, it can help to evaluate and monitor where the money goes.
